Essay #1
Write three paragraphs on the following topic:

I chose to improve my _____________________ fitness test. Explain the best way to improve this test including which activities to do and why they are the best activities to help you reach your goal. Also include what you know about the FIT principle and the principles of training (progression, overload and specificity).
 
 
 
 
 
Essay #2
Write an evaluation of your personal fitness program...include which fitness test(s) you chose to improve, what activities you chose to help you improve.  How do those activities follow the principle of specificity?  Evaluate how you incorportated the FITT Princilpe (frequency, intensity, time, type - already addressed in specificity).  Also evaluate your implementation of the principles of overload and progression.  Have you already achieved your desired results?  If not, do you think you will by the end of the term?  What changs would you make based on your evaluation of your program and your results thus far?
