Fitness Components

Can you be physically fit and not be a good athlete?  Can you be a good athlete and not necessarily be physically fit?  Because the criteria for each are different, the answer is yes!  There are different components an individual must possess in order to be physically fit than those that are required to be a good athlete.  The following list the health-related fitness components (criteria for physical fitness) and the skill-related fitness components (criteria to be a good athlete).
