Introduction: There are more and better ways to assess the shape you are in than going by the numbers on the scale. This site encourages you to stop playing the numbers game (your chances are the same as winning the Lotto) and instead, to consider more accurate ways of determining the shape you are in.

After investigating the information from the website and answering the following questions, use the Waist-to-Hip Ratio method at "Body Composition 1" and the B.M.I calculator at "Body Composition 2" to get a general idea of your own body composition.
